There are nights that change the pace of everything. At El Mirador, the full moon dinner is an invitation to stop, look at the horizon and let the experience take its own time.
Facing the Pacific, the table, the conversation and the landscape meet at a time that is not repeated in the same way. More than a dinner, it's a different way of living Todos Santos: calmly, with presence and with an atmosphere that transforms the night.
Every full Moon is different
No two full moon nights are the same. Each one changes the light, the landscape and the way in which the experience is lived.
For centuries, the full Moon has been associated with fullness, clarity and celebration. It is a phenomenon that invites us to observe more carefully, to slow down and to experience what is happening around us more intensely. At El Mirador, that energy becomes part of the experience: the sea reflects another light, the environment is transformed and the night takes on its own character.
Once a month, the moonrise over the Sierra de La Laguna coincides with the sunset over the Pacific, creating a rare moment in which two landscapes of light meet on the same horizon.
For this reason, each edition of this dinner is experienced in a different way. The Moon returns, but the timing is never the same.
